Valoración de la fuerza explosiva en función de la edad cronológica en jóvenes voleibolistas mujeres

Abstract

The aim of this study was to compare the explosive force and elastic explosive strength Volleyball three categories of women. The sample consisted of 38 female Athletes; the groups were divided into three Youth, Children and Youth and children. The variables assessed were body weight (kg), height (cm), and Contramoviment squast and Jump Jump. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and standard deviations. Comparisons between groups were made using two-way ANOVA test and Duncan´s specific post¬hoc test. The results show significant differences between the three categories and in both jumping events. The results suggest that youth volleyball players show superiority in all tests in relation to child and adolescent athletes and children. So the training should be developed according to each specific category.
